In collaboration with a team of developers and blog owners, I designed and oversaw the global standardization and re-design of the IBM Blogs. Before this optimization, there was no standard format for individual blogs, each possessing its own design and layouts. The main goal was not only to unify the blogs, but also to ensure that all blog content maintained the overall IBM standards and branding.
